Join ACMG Hiking Guide and RYT-200 Yoga Teacher Michelle Brazier in partnership with Via Via Moraine Lake Shuttle for a guided wellness journey through the Canadian Rockies. Wake up with the rising sun on the shores of the iconic Moraine Lake and explore the enchanting mountains of the Valley of the Ten Peaks with a guided meditation and outdoor yoga experience.
 
Meet at Flow State Banff at 345AM where our exclusive transportation will escort us safely to Moraine Lake. Pack a yoga mat, your own lunch and snacks, and be prepared for hiking approximately 12 kilometres and 700 metres elevation gain. Our adventure will conclude at 1PM when our shuttle will take us back to Banff.
 
This program is for anyone seeking to welcome the Summer Solstice by unplugging and recharging through a profound connection with Nature and the Self.

What To Bring:

-Day pack (20-30L): must be able to carry a yoga mat

-A Yoga Mat (if you do not have a mat please email Michelle)

-Hiking shoes/boots: A comfortable pair that are broken-in and suitable for travel on variable terrain. Please avoid sandals, flip-flops, Birkenstocks, Crocs, or open-toed footwear.

-Athletic bottoms & top: Durable clothing appropriate for movement and quick drying. Jeans and cotton t-shirts or hoodies are not recommended.

-Sun protection: sunglasses, sun hat, SPF lip balm, sunscreen

-Fleece or warm jacket/layer

-Rain jacket

-Mitts, gloves, toque, headband

-Water (1-2L bottle)

-Lunch + snacks

Itinerary:

3:45AM – Arrive at Flow State to sign waivers

4:00AM - Shuttle Pick up at Flow State

4:45 AM - Arrival at Moraine Lake

5:17AM – Sunrise at Rockpile

5:30 AM – Begin hike to yoga spot

1:00 PM - Return to Banff from Moraine Lake

Unfortunately due to the holding of seats on the via via shuttle this booking is non refundable once purchased, no exceptions
