This is a mysore style inspired room in which you can dive into your own self practice and do your own thing! Show up anytime between 6:45am and 8am, come and go as you please. A great time to work on things you are working on and find your own flow.
Talking will be kept to minimum to preserve the silence, if you need to talk please quietly whisper and be respectful of other peoples practice.

The “core” is made up of muscles through the front and sides of the abdomen as well as muscles that wrap around and run up the back. The muscles of the core are not only important for yoga; but they help support the spine and protect the internal organs. Weak or overly flexible muscles in the core and back can cause serious back pain because the joints within the spine will not be protected through movement.
In this 50min core focussed class we will build heat as we focus on strength, stability and activation of our core through drills, flow, and longer holds.
