From the sun-soaked shores of Australia to the majestic Rockies, Demi’s journey embodies resilience and transformation. After moving to Banff in 2019, she deepened her passion for yoga, and undertook her 200 hour teacher training with Erin Evans over Winter 22/23, overcoming significant challenges along the way.
Demi’s infectious enthusiasm, commitment to personal growth, and belief in yoga's transformative power create an environment where every student can explore their potential, embrace their authentic selves and thrive, both on and off the mat.
Being a hairdresser by trade, Demi loves all things connection and creativity and wants everyone she meets to feel confident and shine in their own skin.
When she’s not in the salon or the studio, you’ll find Demi hiking peaks, swimming in glacial lakes and enjoying a scrumptious plate of tempura broccoli from Nourish Bistro.
