Katie has always had a passion for movement which naturally led her towards yoga and a passion for teaching which led her to complete her 200hr YTT. Her teaching style is constantly evolving and changing due to her curiosity and love for learning. Apart from yoga she finds her flow state out in the mountains on her snowboard, from park to pow the bliss of being in the present moment. She also sees how important her on the mat practice is to helping her perform off the mat. As a level two snowboard instructor she is excited to bring a focus on strength, mobility and flexibility as well as bodily awareness related to snowboard specific movement. No matter your level Katies classes are full of options to suit the unique needs of each individual coming together to share the practice.
