Whether hiking up or skiing down, Michelle thrives in the mountains. She discovered yoga as part of a physiotherapy program after fracturing her pelvis in a ski accident in 2009, and so began a lifelong love of movement that eventually brought her to India in 2016 where she received her 200-hour YTT. As an ACMG Hiking Guide, Michelle is continually inspired by the natural world and you can find elements of mountain culture in her classes.
